IWD-Gel™ is a non-absorbable gel dressing. The gel acts to create and maintain a moist wound bed conducive to healing. Mild surfactants cleanse the wound and trap debris in the gel, allowing them to be easily rinsed away at dressing change. IWD-Gel™ is indicated for light to moderately exudating wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers, leg ulcers (venous stasis ulcers), arterial ulcers, and leg ulcers of mixed etiology, pressure ulcers and sores (partial and full-thickness).
